Breathwork & Meditation in the Pasture
Breathe Deeply. Arrive Fully
In this gentle, outdoor group session, you’ll explore the power of breath and
stillness while sharing space with a herd of free-roaming horses. Their intuitive
presence offers a unique opportunity for co-regulation, calming the nervous
system, and fostering inner awareness.

Mindful movement is the art of moving slowly and intentionally, with full attention on breath, posture, and sensation. It’s not about exercise or performance—it’s about presence.
This format derives from a variety of mindful movement traditions—including yoga, Pilates, tai chi, Qigong, and somatic movement—shaped by the facilitator’s unique background, lineage, and training.
Accessible to all levels, this class encourages self-awareness without judgement.

Horses live in a state of embodied awareness. Being in their presence invites us to soften, breathe deeper, and become more attuned to ourselves.
At Beyond Liberty, horses are never forced to interact. They move freely and choose whether to approach or graze nearby, creating an environment of authentic connection.

This isn’t about doing it “right”- Its about doing what nourishes you.

At Beyond Liberty, we believe wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and grounded in relationship—with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
We do not ride, train, or use horses. We share space with them—honoring their autonomy and their wisdom. Nature is the classroom. The horses are our teachers.
Mindful Movement with Horses isn’t just about moving with intention—it’s about softening your nervous system, slowing your pace, and remembering what it feels like to be fully present.
In a fast-moving world, this is your invitation to return to yourself.
Reserve your spot and experience what it’s like to move with intention—surrounded by nature,
grounded by free roaming horses.
