This isn’t your typical yoga class.
Set in an open pasture among free-roaming horses, this class invites you to slow
down and return to presence. Through gentle movement, yoga postures, and shared space with horses, this practice offers a powerful reconnection to self, nature, and community.
Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking quiet restoration, or just hoping to breathe more
deeply, this class is an accessible and nourishing place to begin.
Yoga in the Pasture is a nature-connected movement practice grounded in gentleness, awareness, and choice. Held outdoors alongside free roaming rescued horses, this experience emphasizes being over doing—inviting you to attune to your breath, listen to your body, and settle into the rhythms of the natural world.
There are no mirrors, no pressure, and no expectations—just open sky, soft movement, and the calming presence of horses simply being themselves. It’s a space for restoration, reflection, and embodied connection—with yourself and the world around you.
Horses live in a state of embodied awareness. Being in their presence invites us to soften,
breathe deeper, and become more attuned to ourselves. At Beyond Liberty, horses are never
forced to interact. They move freely and choose whether to join class or graze nearby,
creating an environment of mutual respect and authentic connection.

At Beyond Liberty, we believe wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and
grounded in relationship—with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
We share space with horses—honoring their autonomy and their wisdom. Nature is the classroom. The horses are our teachers.
Our bodies carry tension, stories, and emotion — often without our awareness.
By practicing in the presence of horses, who are deeply attuned to energy and emotion,
we’re reminded to move slower, listen deeper, and reinhabit our own rhythms.
In this shared stillness, surrounded by horses, you’re invited to come back home to yourself.
Reserve your spot and experience what it’s like to move with intention—surrounded by
nature, grounded by free-roaming horses.
