Granting your horse residency at one of Beyond Liberty’s community sanctuaries and learning centers is a profound gift which ensures your horse will receive exceptional care and an enriching life in this new stage of his life and well into his golden years.
We serve horses who are:
- Retired or retiring from service
- Emotionally shutdown or experiencing burnout
- Horses needing time to recover from injury (non-rehab)
- Wild mustangs and rescued mustangs
- Pregnant horses and their offspring
Community living at Beyond Liberty includes:
- Large, spacious natural environments with plenty of room to move freely
- Socialization with other horses
- Living in herds with compatible companions
- Opportunities for socialization and positive interactions with humans
- Regular feeding and supplementation
- The horse’s choice to participate in educational and therapeutic programs, such as meditation, music therapy, walk/talk therapy, nature walks, gardening, and more
- Regular grooming
- 24/7 on-site supervision
- Routine medical, dental, and farrier care
- An exceptionally high level of individual care, love, and attention
