Sponsor a Horse and Help “Open the Gates”

While our herd is currently split between two locations, all of our horses are part of a collaborative family. Melody and Ruby, our founding mustangs, reside at our interim site in La Selva Beach as we work to raise the necessary funding to “open the gates” at the Sanctuary at Pregnant Mare Rescue (PMR) in Watsonville and unite them with the herd. Each horse has a unique personality, incredible gifts, and an inspiring story to share. We invite you to learn about them and choose a horse—or two—who speaks to your heart.

What does Sponsorship include?

Depending upon the level of sponsorship, the regularity in which you will receive pictures and updates of your horse will vary. We welcome all sponsors to get to know their horse; opportunities to meet your sponsored horse can be scheduled, by appointment, in advance.
