Equine-aligned community wellness is a unique approach to personal well-being that unfolds in the presence of horses:

In these group experiences, participants engage in mindfulness, movement, or reflective practices while sharing territory with free-roaming horses. The horses are never used or directed; instead, their natural presence—held within the rhythms of the land—invites participants to slow down, tune in, and rediscover a sense of inner balance and connection.
A horse’s heartbeat generates an electromagnetic field that is remarkably large and powerful—far greater than a human’s. This field can influence our own heart rhythms and physiology; simply being with a coherent, calm horse may help lower blood pressure and heart rate, stimulate calming neurochemicals, and reduce stress and anxiety. Sharing space with a horse offers embodied presence, emotional awareness, and physiological benefits that support nervous system regulation.
