Gentle, accessible movement offerings designed to support body awareness, regulation, and connection in the serene presence of free-roaming horses. Classes may include yoga, Pilates, tai chi, Qigong, or other mindful movement practices that invite participants to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies—while sharing space with horses who are free to roam, rest, or engage by choice.

Breathwork & Meditation (from Equine Sound Bath)

Guided and self-directed practices centered on breath, awareness, reflection, and stillness, grounded in nature and horse presence. These offerings support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional balance, inviting participants to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the present moment.

Ruby in LGBTQ+ Circle

Community Gathering

Informal, welcoming events that invite people together to connect with one another, the land, and the horses in a relaxed, non-instructional setting. These gatherings emphasize presence, ease, and the simple joy of being in community with horses and nature.

DCR, Ruby, Melody and Woman Journaling Adjusted Size

These sessions offer a gentle blend of creativity and mindfulness, supporting emotional well-being, imagination, and inspired connection—with yourself, others, and the natural world.

Some sessions are guided by local artists and include materials. Other sessions are completely free-form, where you’re encouraged to bring whatever helps you drop in—paintbrushes, knitting, journals, or any medium that fosters presence and personal reflection.
